Rocket employs three permanent scenic artists backed up by a regular team of talented freelance painters which allows us to demonstrate a broad depth of skill and experience. We use both new and traditional techniques and materials to create the widest range of scenic finishes. The Paint shop area itself covers approximately 450 sq/m and has vertical space to paint scenery over 6 metres tall.
It now has a recently completed paint-bridge with a frame size capable of stretching cloths measuring up to a maximum of 14.5m x 7.2m. In addition, the space is enough to lay out and paint complete show floors for medium-scale venues in their entirety with extra space for other large scenic elements alongside.
